Loft Insulation

You could save around £135 – £240* per year on your fuel bills by having loft insulation installed in your property.

External wall insulation

External wall insulation, also known as EWI and external solid wall insulation, is a type of insulation that is attached to the outside of your walls.

Welcome to Global Eco Installations

At Global Eco Installations we provide the energy saving measures your home needs. We professionally install cavity wall and loft insulation, Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, as well as provide remedial services for homes which have been poorly insulated in the past. We work nationwide, we’re an experienced team and we do our job because we want to make a difference to those who need our help the most and eradicate fuel poverty.

In an uninsulated home, a third of its heat escapes through the walls and about 25% through the loft. By having cavity wall and/or loft insulation installed you can make a significant difference to the comfort and energy efficiency of you home, reduce your energy bills and help the environment.

We believe everyone has the right to live in a warm, comfortable, healthy home or business.

Great British Insulation Scheme

Great British Insulation Scheme | Ofgem

  • The scheme complements the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) scheme, yet unlike ECO4’s ‘whole house’ approach, this scheme will mostly deliver single insulation measures.
  • As well as supporting low-income and vulnerable households, it will also be available to those living in homes with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of D-G, and within Council Tax bands A-D in England and A-E in Scotland and Wales.
  • The scheme will work by placing an obligation on medium and large energy companies to deliver measures that result in reduced energy usage. It is intended to run from around April 2023 until March 2026.

Private Landlords

From April 2018, the proposed legislative changes to The Energy Act 2011 makes it unlawful to let residential properties with an EPC rating Below C we can help identify from your property portfolio which are a priority to improve their insulation, to therefore meet legislation but to also keep your tenants comfortable.

Working in partnership with you, we will provide transparent reporting of our progress and agreed delivery timelines within your programme of works.
